Held annually since 2002, the Elim Youth Camp has always been a life-changing God encounter for all participants — both campers and servants alike. This year, after seven years, we’re bringing it back to Cebu City.

Functional training gym F45 will be hosting its second Philippine National Playoffs tomorrow at Bonifacio High Street where participants will test their agility and strength through one circuit that contains 10 stations filled with drills and different exercises that has to be completed under 15 minutes. Participants get to pick their heats, or time slots – the first starts at 6:30 pm and the last at 7:45 pm.
